Sacred Embodied Living
Embracing the Sacred Feminine and Sacred Masculine
Welcome
I offer a dedicated space for you to deepen your connection with the Divine Feminine.
The wise woman mysteries belong to us all. The patriarchy led us to believe that only certain people had the authority to hold wisdom and spiritual or sacred space – but this was never true, and now we know it. So we are called to step up and remember our innate sacred wisdom and our capacity to heal ourselves, others and our environment.
I invite you who hear the call to remember and honour the sacred feminine within your ordinary and extraordinary lives. I would love to support you on this journey.
Find the courage to follow your unique path.
Shakti is forever reinventing, reshaping, expanding and contracting - the dance of life. As such, I have found we need different modalities of expression such as yoga, dance, meditation, ritual and deep authentic sharing, to meet this unfolding.
Women have an extraordinary journey from birth to maiden, mother, matriarch, and crone – by fully aknowledging and sharing our experiences we can feel more understood, connected and whole, taking up our place in the world.
My book to support you
A GUIDE TO CONSCIOUS MENOPAUSE: Passage to Wise Woman is an alternative and unique perspective on our understanding of menopause.
This groundbreaking book offers a response to the call of women to listen deeply to the wisdom of their bodies as they go through the change and stages of peri-menopause and menopause.
In it I provide a revolutionary approach to menopause, re-framing this transition as a rite of passage and alchemical process.
‘In the shakti and tantric traditions the priestess or yogini knows that her body is the temple. Menopause invites us to embody and integrate our spirituality thoroughly and unashamedly.’
Available at www.aeonbooks.co.uk and other book distributors including Waterstones.
In this book Reva provides a revolutionary approach to menopause, perceiving this transition as a rite of passage and alchemical process. Through her own experience Reva acts as a guide in allowing women to connect with their bodies and awareness though contemplation, as well as suggesting practices to support a deepening of women's exploration of menopause, including yoga, meditation and ritual. Within these pages, Reva will provide women with a sense of trust, and wider perspective as they discover more about their bodies, their perceptions, learning from, rather than fearing this time of change.
"This generous book is packed with practices, self-care and help for symptoms: a giant permission slip to love yourself through menopause transition in your way and your own timing." Kate Codrington, author of Second Spring
