At this time of peak summer, we will celebrate and explore our creativity. Using a variety of media including sound, movement, writing and art materials we will acknowledge our inherent creativity and utilize practices, opening up to expanding our creative potential, releasing blocks and resistances allowing us to express ourselves fully and authentically.
The day will include some yoga and tantra practices.
